You never know what you're going to get when you schedule an outdoor photo session in February in Springfield, MO but thankfully we lucked out! We had to fight the wind a bit but I've had colder sessions in April and November than I did during Sidneys super fun senior session.
There is nothing more precious than a fresh barely a week old baby girl. Add a mermaid outfit and it's just TOO much. My job is the best!
It was so fun working with this group of awesome siblings who all have great things in store for them! I feel like they belong on the cover of a newspaper or something! When it's freezing and cold outside, we get creative with indoor location possibilities. Thanks to University Plaza Hotel for letting us shoot these in their lobby!
Chris is my youngest brothers best friend and basically an adopted part of my family. He's working really hard at college right now and wanted to surprise his mom with some new photos of himself as well as start a small portfolio for some modeling jobs to earn some extra money. We got to work inside since it was freezing and pouring rain on the day of his shoot and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out!
I take a LOT of corporate head shots. And they are honestly one of my favorite things! I love the challenge of creating an image my subject will love that looks modern and show they have a great personality. I do my best to avoid stiff looking and outdated photos and provide a fresh twist on the typical head shot. Sometimes companies need that classic look though and I am happy to provide that. This family is SOOO special to me. I love getting to take their family photos every year. They have the biggest hearts of anyone I know and there is always a lot of laughter at their photo sessions.
